Hi, I’m Jade – the founder, creative hand, and heart behind Little and Layered.

Before starting this business, I worked in the corporate world, sitting through countless long meetings, strategy sessions, and all-day training workshops. And while the content was important… the food often wasn’t. Stale biscuits, mundane sandwich flavours, or rushed lunch breaks — sound familiar?

How It Started
​
I used to find myself wishing there was something better: food that was easy to grab between sessions, balanced enough to fuel you through the day, and just a little bit more exciting than the usual tray of beige buffet. That wish became the seed of Little and Layered.​

What We Do

Today, I create grazing boxes and tables designed with busy professionals in mind. Whether it’s a client meeting, a team reward, or an office celebration, my goal is simple: to make food that feels special, is easy to enjoy, and adds a touch of creativity to your working day.
