1. General:

By placing an order with Little and Layered, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with the latest version available on our website.

2. Orders & Payments:
​

Corporate Orders: A deposit of 30-50% may be required to confirm your order. Invoicing terms are 14-30 days from delivery date, unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are only confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received.​
​
​3. Minimum Orders:
​

Personal boxes: Minimum order of 5 applies.
-
Corporate/bespoke grazing tables: Minimum order value of £150.

4. Cancelations & Refunds:
​​​
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness while also covering the cost of fresh ingredients and preparation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Grazing Boxes (Personal, Meeting, Conference sizes):
-
Cancellations made 5 days or more before delivery will receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations made 3–4 days before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.
-
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

Corporate Events / Grazing Tables (10+ people or bespoke packages):

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Refunds (where applicable) will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
​

Rescheduling:
Where possible, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) if the request is made before the non-refundable period.

Please note that all our grazing products are made to order using fresh, perishable ingredients, and for food safety reasons, once delivered, we are unable to accept returns.
​
5. Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Requirements:

All boxes and platters are prepared fresh using seasonal ingredients. Contents may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

Quantities are always weighed and portioned per person — you will receive the same or more than shown in sample images.

We cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens, including nuts, gluten, and dairy. Clients must inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
-
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate allergen information to guests.

6. Delivery & Collection:

Delivery charges vary by postcode and will be confirmed at checkout or quotation stage.

Corporate deliveries are scheduled with prior agreement and must be signed for on receipt.

Once delivered, responsibility for safe storage and consumption of food passes to the client.
​
7. Food Safety & Storage:
​

All boxes should be refrigerated (0–5°C) immediately upon delivery.
-
Grazing tables and platters should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours.
-
Little and Layered cannot accept liability for issues arising from food stored or handled incorrectly after delivery.

8. Corporate Bespoke Services:
​

Custom orders (e.g. branded packaging, ribbons, or bespoke curation) may incur additional charges.
-
Prices are confirmed in writing once specifications are agreed.

Lead times for bespoke orders are a minimum of 2 weeks.
​
9. Liability:
​

We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. traffic, extreme weather, courier issues).
-
Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.
​
10. Photography & Marketing:
​
-
We may take photographs of grazing tables or boxes for promotional purposes.
-
Corporate clients may opt out of photography use by notifying us in advance.
​
11. Community Commitment:
​
-
A percentage of proceeds and/or sponsored products are donated to local homelessness charities. By ordering, you are supporting this initiative.
