At Little and Layered, we believe that good food does more than satisfy the palate - it has the power to strengthen community.
That's why we're committed to giving back to our local Berkshire community, especially those experiencing food insecurity or homelessness.
How Do We Do It?
Surplus Donation Programme
When we have excess food; fruit, cheese, crackers, prepared grazing boxes - we donate these items to local shelters and charities to ensure nothing edible goes to waste.
"One for One" Initiative
For every 5 grazing boxes or 10 juice shots you order for corporate gifting, we donate one box or shot to a local homelessness charity. Together we share not just gifting but caring.
Essentials Packs
At regular intervals throughout the year, we create and donate Little Essentials Packs containing toiletries, hygiene products, and small comforts (such as socks or hand warmers). These are distributed through our charity partners to support the dignity and wellbeing of those facing homelessness.
Community Partnerships
We work closely with Berkshire-based organisations to support their work and ensure our donations are used where they're needed most.
